Orchid Island Real Estate is a brand specializing in high-end real estate, offering a selection of exceptional properties in Marrakech and strategic locations in Morocco.

As part of the development of our digital presence, we are looking for a Digital Marketing, Content & SEO intern to support our content, branding, and online visibility strategy.

Your Missions

In collaboration with our team, you will actively participate in the development of the brand's digital strategy:

Write content for social media and digital platforms;
Write and optimize descriptions of premium real estate properties;
Participate in writing SEO-optimized articles;
Create simple and elegant visuals with Canva or similar tools;
Conduct keyword research and contribute to SEO optimization of content;
Participate in performance monitoring via Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.;
Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of the editorial and digital strategy;
Monitor trends related to real estate, luxury, lifestyle, and digital marketing;
Conduct competitive benchmarks and propose recommendations;
Optimize publications to improve their engagement and visibility;
Explore and integrate *artificial intelligence (AI) tools* into content creation and optimization processes.
Profile Sought

We are looking for someone who is:

A student in marketing, communication, digital, or an equivalent field;
Proficient in French, with English being a plus;
Interested in branding or digital marketing;
Comfortable with social media and has basic knowledge of SEO;
Creative, curious, and possesses an analytical mind;
Autonomous, rigorous, and attentive to detail;
Sensitive to the premium world and luxury aesthetics;
Interested in using AI tools for content generation and optimization.
Valued Skills

Previous experience or good proficiency with one of the following tools is a plus:

Canva;
SEO tools;
Google Analytics / Search Console;
Generative artificial intelligence tools;
Social media content creation.
