Orchid Island Luxury Real Estate is recruiting an HR & Artificial Intelligence intern in Marrakech.

Your Missions
* Draft and disseminate internship offers;
* Sort and pre-select applications;
* Organize interviews;
* Update the candidate database;
* Participate in the onboarding of new interns;
* Collaborate with the AI team to improve and automate HR processes;
* Contribute to the development of recruitment, tracking, and application analysis tools.
Desired Profile
Student with 2 to 5 years of higher education (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in Human Resources, management, administration, or an equivalent field.
You are organized, motivated, autonomous, and comfortable in French. Proficiency in English, Excel, Google Sheets, and digital tools is a significant advantage.
Prior experience is appreciated, but your motivation, seriousness, and eagerness to learn will make the difference.
