TITLE: Pre-employment Internship Offer – Insurance Client Advisor

Location: Insurance Agency – Echallalate, Mohammedia (Morocco)
Contract Type: Pre-employment Internship (duration to be specified: 3 to 6 months)
Start Date: As soon as possible

🔍 Agency Presentation

We are an insurance agency located in Echallalate (Mohammedia), specializing in the protection and coverage of individuals and professionals. As part of our development, we are looking for a motivated and rigorous intern for a pre-employment internship.

📋 Main Missions

As an intern Client Advisor, you will be trained in the following missions:

· Welcome, guide, and inform clients by phone, email, and in the agency
· Participate in the production and follow-up of insurance contracts
· Ensure the entry and filing of client files
· Contribute to current administrative management (quotes, invoices, reminders)

🎯 Desired Profile

· Minimum required level: Baccalaureate or equivalent diploma (Bac+2 in Secretarial, Commerce, Management, or Insurance would be a plus)
· Skills: Sense of welcome, administrative rigor, good interpersonal skills
· IT: Basic proficiency in Pack Office (Word, Excel)
· Language: Acceptable French level (written comprehension and expression)
· Major asset: Residence in Echallalate.
