Clinique Ibn Khaldoun, located in Rabat, is a renowned healthcare facility offering high-quality medical care. We are committed to supporting our patients throughout their healthcare journey and ensuring optimal care. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an intern to assist our Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Missions:

As an Assistant to the CFO, you will play a key role within our financial department. Your tasks will be diverse and provide you with an overall understanding of the financial operations of a private clinic. Your main responsibilities will include:

Patient reimbursement processing: Managing and tracking reimbursement requests, in close collaboration with relevant departments.
Debt monitoring: Analyzing and tracking current debts, and collaborating with various departments to optimize payment times.
Coverage organization monitoring: Interacting with insurance organizations and mutual funds to ensure effective management of cases.
Performance index production: Participating in the development and monitoring of financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), essential for decision-making.
Daily administrative tasks: Assisting the CFO with various administrative tasks related to the financial management of the clinic.

Profile sought:

Education: Student in a business school, university, or equivalent training, specializing in finance, management, or accounting.
Skills: Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) are essential.
Qualities: Proactivity, teamwork, and the ability to work independently.
Languages: Proficiency in French, knowledge of English is a plus.
