COLAB is a private organization based in Casablanca, operating in the field of information technology, computer science, and telecommunications. We are currently looking for an intern in Human Resources for a pre-employment internship of 6 months.

Job Description:
As an intern in Human Resources, you will assist our team in various tasks related to human resources management within the company. Your main responsibilities will include recruitment, candidate selection, personnel records management, training and skills development, management of social benefits, as well as other administrative tasks related to human resources.

In summary, you will help organize and coordinate our HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Update our internal databases with information regarding new employees, contact details, and forms
- Screen CVs and application forms
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Publish, update, and delete job advertisements on job boards, job pages, and social networks
- Prepare HR reports as needed
- Participate in organizing trainings and corporate events within the company

Profile:
- You are pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field
- You have a good understanding of recruitment processes and human resources management as well as Moroccan labor law
- You are rigorous, organized, and have good communication skills
- You possess good teamwork skills and have strong interpersonal skills
- You are comfortable with computer tools and new technologies

Internship Conditions:
- Duration: more than 6 months
- Availability: full-time, on-site
- Location: Casablanca
- Paid internship according to profile
