Technical Solution Deployment Assistant and User Support

Internship description

We offer an end-of-studies internship: Pre-employment for a student passionate about innovative technologies and project management. The intern will work under the supervision of our technical team and will be involved in the deployment of our technical solution to our users.

Main Responsibilities:

Participate in the deployment and optimization of our technical solution.
Assist users in the implementation and use of the solution.
Contribute to technical documentation and user guides.
Collaborate with the technical team to identify and resolve technical issues.
Participate in project management, including planning, monitoring, and reporting.

Profile Requirements:

Student at the end of the curriculum in a field related to computer science or project management.
Strong technical skills and a good understanding of IT solutions.
Autonomy, proactivity, and good communication skills.
Proficiency in French and English (written and oral).
